For Limited Edition Items or Bundles

• replacements are acceptable within 15 days of receipt of item, and only if the item is defective upon arrival

For 3d Printed Products

• replacements are issued when products arrive damaged; 
• we must receive a photo of the damaged item within 2 days of delivery;
• most of our products are printed in PLA, which a compostable material in commercial composting operations, or recyclable where those operations do not yet exist;
